Applicant: JACKSON HOLE MOUNTAIN RESORT CORPORATION Presenter: Susan Johnson Permit No.: PUD2017-0003 Request: Amend the Transportation Section of the Teton Village Area 1 Master Plan (Master Plan) pursuant to Section 8.7.3, Planned Unit Development (PUD) of the Teton County Land Development Regulations. Specifically, the applicant proposes to amend the Area 1 Master Plan Article VI, Section E.2, Parking Provision, to update the location of parking, number of spaces provided, and provide an updated Land Use Diagram referenced in this Section that has not been updated since the Four Seasons and Ranch Lot were built, both of which changed the location of parking, but no the overall number of spaces. The applicant is also proposing to amend Area 1 Master Plan Article VIII, Section A.D Phasing Plan – Parking, to delete references to the Maintenance Lot for consistency with the deletion of the Maintenance Lot in the Parking Provision section above. Other related areas of the Master Plan may also be amended for consistency. Location: This amendment applies to all areas of the Teton Village Commercial Area Master Plan (Area 1). The properties are zoned Planned Unit Development-Planned Resort with no overlay. The Ranch Lot is zoned Public/Semi-Public and is within the Scenic Resources Overlay.
